We at CHE Hostels have always prioritized the guest experience, both socially and in terms of comfort and hygiene.

Due to this new reality (pandemic), always changing, we have the challenge and duty to take care ourselves more than ever. Both, to you and to our dear collaborators. We must guarantee security and confidence in these difficult circumstances.

Like the rest of the hospitality industry, we´re currently following all procedural advice as supplier to us via the WHO and the governments. 

We assure you that we are putting all our dedication and energy, in order to bring you the best of the CHE Experience, as before, as always.

We recognize and share the desire you have to travel and alleviate stress due to current circumstances. That is why we are redesigning the general conditions, now more than ever, so that you make your reservations avoiding any risk.

Welcome to CHE

FEEL ALIVE. Our purpose is to offer unique experiences and connect you with the people, culture and nature surrounding us in a safe atmosphere and always looking after the environment.

Private suites were amazing, would really recommend. Natasha who is in charge of daily activities was fantastic. Really got everyone in the hostel involved - she brought us all on bikes to a beach club, showed us different points of interest along the way and allowed us to stop for photos. We spent a whole day at the beach club where Natasha got everyone involved, took photos and we got to meet lots of new people. She also organised a guacamole class and a margerita class which again brought the hostel to life and really made our stay there. Thanks Natasha!

Great staff and atmosphere! The hostel offers many day activities and special evenings to the guests. The location is pretty close to the center and to the main street in Tulum.

I originally booked here for 3 nights but stayed an extra one as didn’t want to leave! Had such a great time here there are so many activities - a lot of them free such as guac making classes, cocktail classes and day trips. Big thanks to Natasha especially as she organised a lot of this she was an amazing host! As a solo traveller I would definitely recommend as I met so many people during my time here. The pool as also a perfect hangout for those chill out days!

Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in during my trip! It’s sociable, very easy to meet people and it has a great vibe. The food is delicious, especially the meat from the BBQ night!! You can join the party in the evening, but it is also possible to just have a chill night: the perfect combination! Staff is friendly and has good recommendations for on the island. Nice that you can rent a bike at the hostel and the breakfast was great. Was hard to leave this beautiful place!

Pauli- Netherlands - Vía Hostelworld

This hostel is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful, and they seem to really enjoy their job. The bar is conveniently located next to the swimming pool and the lounging area. The showers and restrooms are well maintained and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, and I believe there was air-conditioning. The staff was very friendly, and they went around inviting everyone to join for dinner and also for activities. I participated in a beer-pong tournament and that was great fun. Thanks!
